Paige has a way of making people feel comfortable from the very first session. She understands how overwhelming starting therapy can feel, and her approach is all about meeting you where you are; no pressure to have it all figured out. Paige walks alongside her clients with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path. She truly believes that you are the expert of your own life, and she’s there to help you reconnect with your strengths, develop new skills, and build the kind of support system that feels right for you. Paige works from a strengths-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach and is trained in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), helping clients move through life’s challenges with greater resilience and clarity. She is also an ADHD-informed provider, and specializes in supporting individuals navigating Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), trauma, domestic violence, and anxiety.

Paige Konrad believes that therapy is a collaborative journey; one where you remain the expert of your own story. She meets individuals and families exactly where they are, offering guidance, understanding, and fresh perspectives along the way. Her goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel supported as you work toward growth, healing, and balance in your life.
With 10 years of experience helping individuals and families in the Twin Ports as both a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Paige has a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges, whether that means managing stress, coping with change, or addressing emotional and relational concerns.
Her approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed methods such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Paige also enjoys incorporating the healing benefits of the human–animal bond through Animal-Assisted Psychotherapy (AAP).
Currently, Paige is offering sessions via telehealth.
Nicole emphasizes the importance of balancing mind, body, and spirit, guiding clients to uncover what has been hidden or overlooked and reclaim their sense of purpose. Through intentional self-care, mindful practices, and ongoing professional growth, she continues to explore the optimization of holistic well-being.
Her passion for this work comes from her own healing journey with addiction, mental health challenges, trauma, and codependence. These experiences inspired her to explore mindfulness, somatic therapy, EMDR, and integrative approaches, shaping a client-centered practice grounded in empathy and lived experience.
We exist to provide trauma-informed, integrative psychotherapy for individuals seeking something deeper than traditional talk therapy. We blend trauma-informed, evidence-based care with a deep respect for the whole person—supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves, their bodies, and their capacity for healing.
To redefine what therapy can be—rooted in the wisdom of the body, expanded by emerging science, and grounded in deep human connection. We envision a world where healing isn’t just about symptom management, but about returning to wholeness.
