She specializes in trauma, addiction, codependence, and mental health, integrating EMDR therapy, somatic practices, breathwork, and trauma-conscious body-centered therapies such as yoga. Nicole brings a holistic perspective, helping clients explore the mind-body connection, develop new coping strategies, and reconnect with their inner light.

Her passion for this work comes from her own healing journey with addiction, mental health challenges, trauma, and codependence. These experiences inspired her to explore mindfulness, somatic therapy, EMDR, and integrative approaches, shaping a client-centered practice grounded in empathy and lived experience.

Nicole emphasizes the importance of balancing mind, body, and spirit, guiding clients to uncover what has been hidden or overlooked and reclaim their sense of purpose. Through intentional self-care, mindful practices, and ongoing professional growth, she continues to explore the optimization of holistic well-being.
