Areas of Focus:
Sometimes life asks us to carry more than we were ever meant to carry alone.
Whether you’re grieving the death of someone you love, navigating a major life transition, living with chronic illness, healing from trauma, or simply feeling exhausted by the weight of everything you’ve been holding, therapy can become a place where you no longer have to carry it all by yourself.
Hi, I’m Loralei.
I believe healing happens through authentic connection. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the understanding that there isn’t a timeline you have to follow or a “right” way to heal. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system while making room for your experiences, your emotions, and the parts of your story that deserve to be heard.
I see you as far more than your diagnosis, symptoms, or circumstances. Each of us is shaped by our relationships, our history, our communities, and the experiences that have brought us to this moment. My role isn’t to tell you who you should become—it’s to walk alongside you as we make sense of your story and discover what healing looks like for you.
I’m especially passionate about supporting people navigating grief, end-of-life experiences, trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and life’s many transitions. Whether you’re processing a specific event or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, you’ll find a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my five four-legged companions, curled up with a good book, or attempting to convince my houseplants that this time I really will remember to water them.
Whenever you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
