Brynne’s path to becoming a therapist was forged in their years as a sexual assault hospital advocate with PAVSA in Duluth. She recognized the journey survivors had ahead of them after leaving the hospital and wanted to help them write their story of resilience. During this time they also became 200hr RYT certified with additional trauma-conscious and Yin yoga certifications. Through these experiences, they experienced how holistic approaches to healing opened the door to deeper connection. It is the rooted belief in collective hurting and healing that brought her to Marriage and Family Therapy.

Brynne is completing a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and are EMDR trained. She draws from her seven years of experience as a sexual assault hospital advocate and three years guiding restorative yoga to hold space for unraveling and rewriting new stories. Their own journey of healing informs their collaborative, curious, and empathetic approach to guiding clients towards reconnecting with each other.
