Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you’re not alone, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to take that first step. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique path. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my job is to help you reconnect with your strengths, build new skills, and create a support system that works for you.

Whether you’re healing from past experiences, learning to manage ADHD in a world not built for neurodivergent minds, or simply trying to feel more grounded and empowered, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where growth and healing can happen at your pace, in your way.

I work from a strengths-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach and trained in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) to help clients move through life’s challenges with greater resilience and clarity. I’m also trained as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I specialize in working with individuals navigating ADHD, trauma, domestic violence, and anxiety.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about discovering what’s already strong within you and learning how to build on it. Together, we can create a space where healing begins, hope grows, and lasting change becomes possible.
