How can I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, you can use our online booking system, we will confirm your scheduled time.

Do you offer virtual services?

Yes, we offer virtual services for clients who prefer to attend sessions remotely. This allows for flexible scheduling and access to therapy from the comfort of your own home.

What should I expect during my first session?

During your first session, you can plan to meet for 50-60 minutes to talk through what you’re looking for support with, set goals that we’ll work towards within therapy, and to answer any questions that you have regarding services.

What are your fees and do you accept insurance?

How long are counseling sessions?

Counseling sessions typically last 50 minutes. However, the duration may vary based on individual needs and treatment plans.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Are my sessions confidential?

Jakkie DeCorsey’s work centers on repairing the mind-body connection through exploring and harmonizing each part that make up a person’s dynamic wholeness. Her passion lies in helping people release unrelenting stress, break patterns of overwhelm & shut down, and loving their life and themselves on the deepest level. Her work is underpinned by theories such as Bowen’s Family Systems, Reiki healing, Person-Centered Psychotherapy, and Polyvagal Theory, with special focus on energy psychology and Internal Family Systems. Jakkie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, who received her Master of Social Work from St Scholastica, in Duluth, Minnesota.
